    ... a cheese tray(parmesan, gorgonzola, etc). and salumi--mixed cold cuts: salami, the prosciutto. And the bread---oh, the bread! We couldn't call it a day without some gelatto to top ourselves off!

    ... asks if I know why. Of course, it's because we're taking our time, no set, rigid plans, etc. Bill suggests it's because I'm having wine every afternoon!

    Now to answer that question, To eat or not to eat? Bologna-so much food, so little time. It's earned it's nickname valiantly. La Grassa--the fat city. Off to Parma tomorrow.
