    ... that it was a long weekend and everybody was here, so we stayed Saturday night in a Cracker Barrel shop car park.     ... losing their jobs.
    Two years ago Hurricane Sandy caused huge damage to some buildings here along the boardwalk, and although now fully repaired, given the close proximity of the ocean, it will be inevitable that future big storms will again wreck havoc.

    We were ready to leave after a light lunch and beer, whilst 'people watching' on the boardwalk.... back to the car , ...
