      Brrr it's cold out there!

      ... grocery shop beforehand, but thought "Oh no the frozen food and ice cream will melt in the car if we are at the movie". I then realised that with the weather forecast to be -20 our car, which would be parked outside, would be the perfect freezer for our food. (This would never occur in Oz!) (We actually decided to go to the earlier 1240pm movie session).

      I hope this has all been interesting. Some photos are attached to demonstrate some of my points.

      ... on us and our meals and bid us farewell.

      Another aspect that marks this chain from others is that the burgers are made to order, meaning it takes a little longer - but worth the extra 5 minutes. They also bring the food over to you, which is nice.

      ... cart spun around at the last second!

      Having warmed up to the rollercoasters we headed toward the bigger of the two. The thing was huge - it had three loops, a drop from the ceiling height down and around. The best thing about these rides were the non-existant lines in comparison to Disneyland! We sat in one of the cars with some trepidation, which only increased at the loud roaring of the other rides.       ... and quiet in this wonderful space. Later in the day we went back to Wally and Karen's to sort more of Ted's Dad's slides and visit. We spent night at Kent and Dorthea's new home. We were given "the basement suite" that is set up with a full apartment downstairs.

      ... both her and her horse must go around the barrels as quickly as possible. One round was 7.3 seconds!!!! Quite remarkable and very exciting.

      I have been eating carnival food all day long and I'm so full, so unfortunately I won't be eating in the beautiful restaurant tonight but tomorrow night is looking good.
