well......haven't got alot to say just yet...... apart from.....eeeeeeeekkkkk :)
getting Supper excited now as its only 2 weeks until the 5 of us go away!!! still got a lot to sort out, thank god Christmas shopping is canceled for us this year!!!

... a la vez rocia agua .... atine a tocarlo...pero con miedo a que comenzara a largar agua...y ahi estaba perdida! lo unico que me faltaba era tomar una ducha justo arriba de mi cama a las 5 de la matina! fui hacia el telefono, levante el tubo..y...no tenia tono!!! el colmo...que hacer entonces??? evidentemente 0 experiencia de emergencia de incendios tengo yo, porque en vez de salir corriendo apenas empezo a sonar la alarma, me quede muy pancha viendo de donde provenia el bendito ...
Almost there...
... well as my eyes and contact lenses, bought practically all the remaining stuff I needed, bought a lot of spare parts for the vehicle, have started the process to sell my other car, cancelled all my financial ties to the UK and something else which I've forgotten. Next week is going to be unbelievably hectic. Ironically, the closer we get to Departure Date, the less hectic everything becomes.

Packing
... packing to a minimum.
After packing and re-packing several times I finally managed to fit in everything that I thought I would need (including the tent) and as you can see Taz decided to help whilst Seth thought the packed rucksack made a good pillow.
With that over, panic then set in when I went to check in online and noticed that my flight details had changed. Previously I had a short wait in Dubai followed by a 12 hour stopover ...
The preparations are really picking up now
... but google yielded no other results for Pakistani car insurance, Indian, etc, so I'll need to find that out too. Travel insurance will be £150 at most. Had presumed more like £300. Nice.
I went through the first 10 episodes of Odyssey: Driving Around The World, which actually were a huge disappointment. Very little is focussed on the preparation and items they took and it really hasn't been that helpful. All I've learnt is that a) don't leave your wallet ...
