      ... have all their receipts together, their purchases easy to show and are cutting in line to be with family members ahead of us. Slightly annoying to say the least, however, as Kathy said, it's a good thing we got to the airport early. After an hour and half in line, we finally get our turn, get our refunds and head to the gate..where boarding starts within 35 minutes.       Mel’s had good food and plenty of Hollywood atmosphere. Plus the food was hitting the spot for our crabby kids. Not sure the kids are really digging the town.       ... two of the guys we met in the hostel, we drove down to the beach which was about 40 minutes away! We had a semi local tour guide in Darshan who had been here before a number of times, and was from Seattle, so he directed us around most of the day.
