Finally a home for a few nights

A travel blog entry by bonniehadaway on May 29, 2015

We stopped in Oklahoma for the weekend to spend time with Jenny and Camron (Tj's sis and bro-in-law) ...Zoe is so happy to be in a home around people who love her and not just a hotel! Camron is helping her play the piano and I think that is her new favorite hobby! We went to see a movie (Tommorowland was amazing)

... land grab" and other epic stories of the history in the area. The Dalton brothers were from this area, and it's said that Mama raised 13 children, and all but 4 were law-abiding citizens! We also went through the Chisholm Trail museum in a nearby town of Kingfisher. We are spending a second night here and will leave in the morning for the town of El Reno and Clinton. ...

    Oklahoma is O.K.!

A travel blog entry by irv2 on Aug 27, 2014

We started out this morning from McAlester, Ok, made the trip up to Emporia, Kansas, and arrived this evening at Guthrie, O.K., not too far from where we started.

Come back tomorrow night ( if I have internet connection) and I'll tell you where we went and what we did.
