... and was very tasty. My Irish coffee was good but quite strong and I had another called the Sword-- vodka, pear, peppercorn, and lemon-- much better than it sounds. ... the whole place to ourselves, very romantic. Stopped for breakfast in Monteray about 11am. Fortunately there was a UPS shop right opposite the café so Jack booked a hostel for that night in Oakland and printed off directions of how to get there while I sat in the car (because we were over our hour limit).
