    ... introduced ourselves and said we knew Rachel Day and were staying with her friend George. It turned out George was the sous chef there so he came out to say hello. We had the farmers market 3 course meal that Rachel had told us about. They only do it on a Tuesday so that was lucky.     ... went to Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge, it was all wonderful but the best tour was definitely Alcatraz, so interesting and the views of SF from the island were incredible.
