... in their intact state. The War Rooms were later emptied and used as storage for many years by the Government until the they were reproduced and turned into a musuem. It was faithfully made up by using photos taken by the staff who worked there. We weren't able to see The Dock where the staff would sleep. It was apparently very cramped a2nd unpleasent living conditions. It was a fantastic display, we loved seeing it.

... and of course that John Lewis ad with gorgeous Lily Allen soundtrack!!! The biggest failure? Undoubtedly the experience of swimming in a lake for just under an hour before looking down into the crystal clear water and recognising the shape of my iPhone in my pocket!
