This morning I got up and went for a run, really enjoying being able to get back out there but also very cautious about not over doing it too soon. Got back and everyone was still asleep. Today we visited Mud Island where we took a much faster trip down the Mississippi River. They made a model of the Mississippi out of concrete that they made in molds.
After our tour we ate at a restaurant called TUGS, where I had the Tugboat special, meatloaf, which was very good. I ate all of my meal again!!!
