... country churches, cotton plantations, small communities and at times rather large houses, dense tree lined interstate roads, numerous fast food, attorney and accommodation signs along the way. We haven't mentioned this before but if you ever need an attorney in the US and don't know one, just drive a mile up any interstate and you will have a wide collection of numbers to call!

After we got back on the road, I conducted an interview via Skype on my phone while Jeff drove and Andrew played and slept.

Around 3 pm, we pulled into Granpop and Grammy's house and Andrew got to meet his other Grandma for the first time. What a treat!

We got to see Aunt Jana for a bit and then we all called it a night very early since it had been such a long day.

The afternoon found us with family at the classic car show at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Ed's brother Robert had two cars entered in the show and as President of his regional AMC car club was responsible for keeping a lot of things going. He was quite busy!
