More information on this campsite can be found here. Beautifully located campsite with quite good facitlities at about 1500m altitude and one of the best views on the Lac Serre Poncon. Located very near the small Lac St.Apollinaire. Start of some great hikes right at the entrance of the campsite. The hikes are rather steep at the start.

Matkalla muuten tsekattiin myös Fourgesissa oleva Euroopan suurin linna. Erittäin kätevää oli jäädä Michelinin nähtävyyden pihaan yöksi autoon, sillä muuten me kaksi ei kyllä oltas aamuvirkkuina mitään nähtävyyksiä kattelemassa. ... Parvekkeemme alle on rakennettu tori, missä on erilaisia myyntitelttoja, tanssiesityksiä, musiikkia, skedejä, pyöriä, surffausesityksiä, leijan lennätystä jne. menoa ja meininkiä siis! ... suunnitteluun ja valmistautumaan Salle de Feten bileisiin. Pikkusen vähissä oli noi ideat ja materiaalit ja mun idea esimerkiksi repiä verhot alas ja tehdä toogat ei saanut kannatusta. Lopulta otimme hieman silloin kummastuttaneen Pekan ja Elinan läksiäislahjan hyötykäyttöön eli Suomi-ilmapallot.
