For Argentina, I do not require a VISA before I go but I have to go online and pay the repricocity fees ahead of time. It's $92 US and is good for 3650 days but it is only good until one month before your passport expires. Therefore, mine is only good until January 29, 2017, which sucks if I want to go back within the next ten years.
