Someone in Chiang Rai Stole My Thongs!
... br> Overall today was tough but it was an adventure which is the best part about travelling. an update to this part of the trip is I have now realised that someone has stolen my very comfy custom thongs from the bus on the way to Chaing Rai not only that Air Asia delayed us by 2 hours and we missed our train however we have made it now to the Islands in the Gulf of Thailand we got the last 2 beds on the last overnight train last night.....the travel gods are always kind to me....lol

Vi tilbragte faktisk kun 1 1/2 dag i Chiang Rai (hovedstaden i Thailands nordligste provins), men vi synes vi har oplevet så meget at det fortjener sin egen "entry".
Vi ankom til busstationen om eftermiddagen og kaprede straks en taxi. Han så lidt mærkelig ud da vi sagde hvor vi ville hen, men som Thai holder man sig ikke for god til at snyde et par uvidende turister, så han tog imod vores penge og kørte os et par hundrede meter.
