... way to San Antonio, and we'll spend the weekend with our friends, Len and Fran. Then, Monday we're driving towards Phoenix with an overnight stop in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We'll be in Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 10. Nancy enjoyed a buttermilk cornflake crusted chicken breast with sides, Courtney had a breakfast sampler and I had the platter with pancakes, eggs, sausage and fixens. Yummy! ... higher until we did loop the loops. And we all calmed down with a gentle turn on the carousel which was lovely, except Neil's camel didn't go up and down. In the last hour, we found two of the best rides of the whole trip - a dangle-down roller coaster that did loops without the discomfort of rattly-brain syndrome, and Cheetah Hunt that was wonderfully smooth and fast. ... long time friends, saw some relatives,ran into some who knew our neighbors in Hilton Head - how bizarre is that?, and have made life-long friends from our Caravan Trip.
