The Home Stretch
... In any case, I'll leave it at that and mention that we've now traveled some 10K miles through 24 states, a fair share of our National Parks and had a generally wonderful time. Unless something very odd (and unplanned) happens tomorrow, we won't be adding any more states on this trip. But there's always next year.

After 12 days, 2827 miles on the rental car, 4 states, 5 national parks, and 5 different airline flights scheduled for home, we finally boarded our Southwest plane to fly home.
