How has this hotel rated in the past?

We needed a cheap hotel and this was definitely one of those! It was a little unnerving to be able to hear your neighbors, and the ice machine on the main floor did kind of explode and spill ice EVERYWHERE, but the place seemed clean and the staff was super nice.
