This ride turned out to be pretty tiring...partly i think because my tire was losing air and that made it harder to cycle over the stone dust paths.

i started at the Erie Canal Village in Rome where i took their tow path to the beginning of the Old Erie Canal Park Multi-use Trail. There were a lot of nice parts through farm country and along side the old Erie Canal. Lots of sections were algae-covered, just the way i like it.

The girls and boys had separate days of fun for the most part. Jenn and Anna had a fun day walking around the very cute town of Cooperstown, followed by a rainy movie in the cabin, sunny bike ride and pool time.
