sadly my luggage was not nearly as fast as i was in the Charlotte airport. it did not make it to STL until Thursday afternoon. once again, good planning on my part for giving myself a cushion day before the interviews. otherwise i would have been a hot holy mess...well, more so than usual.
i am very happy to report that i think the interviews all went well. my interviewers will meet tomorrow ...
We made it back into St Louis in time for the leftover turkey dinner (yum!) and so we could spend some time with all of David's immediate family who were in St Louis for the holiday. Saint Louis, Missouri, United States thenahms... that I thought I might have picked up the Acute Gastric Enteritis on the ship. There were about 50 cases. Not, so, luckily for me. Just a bit of stomach trouble, which I attribute to the one meal of greasy Chinese food on board the ship. After 24 hours, all of my troubles were flushed away.
It's good to be home and we appreciate all of the kinds words sent our way.
