The historic portion of St. Charles is charming. Think: Old Town Alexandria, Jr. They even have a knock off of the Torpedo Factory – theirs is a converted rail car factory. It was very cute, yet I have my doubts ...

Its Friday, and food trucks all park up in the park. There were probably about 20 different turcks with food ranging from cupcakes, to phillipino (plus dancers), to tacos, to gyros, to vietmese.
