... As expected the car could not be left on the street (resident permit only), and so we had to park it at the hotel..... US$40 per night. Ouch!!! That will teach us to take a late breakfast... ... experience which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was great listening to the presentations given by past pilots on their experience with landing (etc) on aircraft carriers. I'd already read a lot about it but to hear them talking about it, and being able to relate to it, was just inspiring.
