    ... I imagined it would be. That sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach and the constant lump in my throat knowing I would be saying goodbye to people to whom I have grown so close. Even though I didn't get to sleep until 3:30 am, I was up Saturday at 5:30, filled with anxiety and dread at my impending departure from my true home away from home. My workers and my Ana Lucia were coming at 7, and I just watched the minutes tick by until I had to say my final goodbyes for this year. ...

    ... over we walked out to the church into SNOW! Everyone was excited that it was snowing, everyone but us that was...We were freezing! We spent the evening with family, and helped finished wrapping all those presents from Mom, Dad and Santa. Finally, it was time to sleep.

    ... and the ordinary border fence! Once he was back in the fence was hooked back up and the power back on, he was testing it to check if it was on, let me tell you, pigs are SMART!

    The other pig is Lizzy, equally as beastly as Rachaun, and currently has 8 piglets! In about 2 weeks the piglets will be sold off, but they're keeping 2 of them, there's pictures of all the pigs in on here somewhere.

    ... spend the morning recovering (a Mexican breakfast helped) but that night we headed out for our first anniversary dinner at Coliccio & Sons opposite the Chelsea Market. The food was absolutely delicious and the service amazing. They even made a special menu for us – although it said “5th” anniversary… We’ll just have to go back!
