... play some catch. Jodi of corse took pictures. By 3:00 pm, we were ready to just stop and get out of the car. We decided we would head for London, Kentucky for the night. We got into our Holiday In Express around 5:00. After, settling in we needed to get a few items at the local Walmart. It was then that a miracle happened, we found a Golden Coral to eat dinner! Long day of driving - 442 miles, about 7.5 hours.

We stay at this park usually on our way back home. It's comfortable, easy access, and good hookups. It is connected with a company that brings in live country entertainers throughout the year. We keep hoping we will be there when something is scheduled but have missed it so far.

Woke up this morning to 22 degrees and clear. Yesterday it snowed on and off all day although it never did stick to the ground. Now we have officially reached the coldest weather we will probably see on our trip. Love our down comforters.

Today we drove to Bowling Green, Kentucky where we will be for three nights.

On the road again today we are headed to Cincinnati and Mark said to mention that the need to indicate or adhere to speed limits seems very optional here in the US. Not very Mark like. I will upload some pictures tonight.

    Miss you all dearly.

The wonderful Dan Covington has booked in a day of catching up with college friends and a feast at his place just off campus at Union College. Dan is the biology professor that Jamie and Adam have been friends with for over 20 years. He has travelled to Australia to stay with us so we have a strong connection with him. He is a funny man, full of wit and sarcasm (my style of humor) and is the best cook I know. His food ...
