... to all the urban sprawl of Fort Lauderdale. That will be convenient since we have some shopping and things to do during the week to get together some things to take down to Reese, Kristin and family.

We dropped of the van on Monday morning, hoping to get it back in a day or two, but as it turned out we didn’t get it back until Thursday evening. It took them a couple of days to get it diagnosed and then they discovered there was a recall on the ...

We stayed in a lovely little house in more down Fort Lauderdale which was closer to the river, marinas and the Las Olas precinct. ...

I took 91 pictures in South Beach this morning. We crossed over the MacArthur Causeway to Miami Beach and went straight to the Art Deco Welcome Center where we picked up the tour sponsored by the Miami Design Preservation League. For ninety minutes we walked around South Beach with Martin's pointing out similarities and differences between the architecture of the white and pastel buildings lining the 4 blocks of Ocean Drive and ...

... taken right up to the counter, given our cruise cards and information and then we were off to board the ship. No waiting in the lounge, no preference boarding...nothing...just check-in and off to the boat. Before we knew it, we were opening the doors to our side by side staterooms. From here on in, I won't bore you with day to day reports. Our sea days on the cruise ship are fairly routine...eat, attend lecture, relax, lunch, ...
