The best bit about the hotel was that just outside were two astonishing Nortons. Lynn was right. They are rare but can be absolutely spectacular. We were very lucky to spot them. The owner would not let us photograph them.
Then off to a bar and got talking with a head to foot tattooed drummer from an unknown band that had never made it in Las Vegas so ended up in Dunn North Carolina.
