      ... We have learned that you have to travel over there before 10 in the morning to not get stuck in lineups and have no difficulty with parking!!
      It was the wine and olive festival in Edgewater Park today. We visited with people from Washington ,DC,New Orleans and Maryland. We absorbed as much info as we could about New. Orleans ,our next destination.

      ... some internet sloughing for other sights to see...St Patricks day we were in the center on Dunedin attired in our greens. They definitely do it up big here. Flan****ns bar sponsors the event with cordoned off streets and 2 larges stages with Irish entertainers, pipe bands, and dancers.       ... times we were stopped or creeping along at a few miles an hour for miles on end, and there appears to be no reason for it. ie accidents. Anyway we turned off the expressway onto a very minor road that lead into Tarpon Springs. It turned out to be a beaut little fishing village, and very popular as the place was crowded with tourists/visitors.       We are leaving for Alaska in about 3 weeks! We plan to be gone until mid-October. It is a long drive, especially from Florida! We have spent the last 3 months preparing.
