    Waste of time!

... little things with quality of construction/work on the new unit. Wood finish much nicer on Max; WTH! There's a hole in the floor beside the passenger slide.....told that was so techs could get to water lines and electric lines if needed to repair them (put a piece of carpet there to cover it up); wood used in drawers felt thinner.

... guide' to our spot which was long and level, but narrow. Had to swing the coach out on a narrow entry road to get it between the concrete pad and electric post. There was a 3 ft high set of 4 metal electric pipes beside the entry road that I caught the back end of Max on. Wouldn't have been bad except it had been hit before and the top was bent out and the ends were rolled up. So Max now has a 'boo'. Nothing major, but an irritant.

We spent a very fast paced 3 days with our grandsons. We took them for the day on Sunday and anyone that has ever kept 3 little boys, 8, 7 and 6, know that is a tiring:)

We took them back to the camper for lunch and over to see the light house on St. Marks. There is a little hiking trail that the boys enjoyed. Overall a great visit. Also our oldest just got a house and we helped by keeping the boys away so they could paint the day away.

And finally..... we have ourselves on the road for our summer travels. After all the RV prep and waving goodbye to work for the summer, we have finally put some miles on the road -- feels good. However, we haven't even made it out of the state yet! We are already finding some interesting places in northern Florida, so we're taking this opportunity to see our state capital and the Panhandle ...

... was setting, I was driving right next to the coast and it was a really nice setting. Pity I didn't have time to stop. I arrived in Tallahassee after dark and found my Super 8 hotel. I had to drive though the Main Street of town to get there, and it looked like an interesting town, with those big wide trees with the like noodle like air plants hanging off them like you see in typical images of the south. The super 8 hotel chain is considered a really cheap ...
