Finally, tonight is the first big lab party that I will attend. It's at the boss' house and should be a lot of fun. I managed to find a bottle of Roaring Meg Pinot Noir to take. Hopefully it's as eventful as promised.

It's interesting what a year of bell-ringing from the table, servers bending over backwards and doing it with a smile, can do to you.
