      ... streams. The woods are hemlock and rhododendron, can you imagine this view in the spring. Waterfalls, there are hundreds splash over rocks to cascades that I am sure thunder over the cliffs when in full force. I am glad we veared off our route to see this area. I am sorry there is no photo but ice conditions did not allow the opportunity.

      Taking secondary highways we passed many small towns. There are some funny names ...

      ... I am sure this is probably boring to most, but I spent my first 4 years in the Marines as a truck driver, so I am partial to this type of stuff. I found it very interesting.
      It was another quiet night at Eric and Dawn's, as all 3 grandkids had to work tonight. Dawn and I enjoyed a pizza dinner and watched "Man of Steel".

      On May 15 we departed at 0750 for Norfolk, leaving Marsh Harbour and exiting through the northern Man-O-War ocean pass with winds from the ENE at 15-20 kts. The weather forecast looked good for a non-stop passage to the Chesapeake Bay.
