OK so this is my first post on this site.
Here are our stats for today.
Left Oceanport at 8:45am and arrived in Sandusky, OH at 6:45pm.
We traveled 545 miles on I-80 and it was a long and hot ride.
Tomorrow is Chicago which is 250 miles, so an easy ride compared to today.
... marshy areas it was mosquito heaven! There were so many of them, and huge ones! In the evening we headed over to cedar point amusement park, which was nice. They had some very impressive rides, including one that was the fastest and tallest when it was built, and was amazing, although sadly only watched as I can't go on them. ... on the road. We figured this would only take an hour and a half or so and then we would be on our way.
However…. last night we started looking at our tires more closely and realized they were getting pretty dry rotted and we should probably have them looked at before leaving. We eventually got on the road at 2:30 PM…. 7 hours after our planned departure time.

... prepare it for storage at Rebecca's parents house, since we had no place for it back in Morgantown, WV, where our apartment was located. So we winterized it, covered it, and parked it in the barn behind her parents house in Pemberville, OH. The RV had to be stored from late October 2014 until June 2015, when we finally quit our jobs.
