I'm not sure what to think of this gainesville show. We had a small yet solid audience. Half of them were artists my brother knows and friends of ours, then there were a couple people who actually read about the show in the paper, and the rest of the audience was a series of rotating mumbling homeless people.

Today we went to our final dive site to finish the check out dives to become fully certified. Unlike the other two sites, these dives were just to swim around and enjoy so the instructors could be satisfied and we get our 5 required dives to obtain a certification card. So since we arrived really late the first night we didn't get that much time to explore the city. Not that there is much to see in Williston. I think the bulk of the city is 1 bar, a grocery store, one motel [with an 'm'], a mcdonalds, a subway, a few pizza places, and a liquor store. Ok, Florida takes a lot longer to get to than we thought! It doesn't help if you go to bed late, oversleep, take a detour to Spruce Pine, and stop every hour.
