... we continued west, and we could almost see the gas gauge going down as we drove. It's a good thing that gas prices were approximately 90 cents/litre Canadian! We stopped in Medora for lunch and met a really nice couple from Alberta who were traveling to Mexico for the winter. It was nice exchanging stories - too bad we were heading in opposite directions! After several more hours of driving, we spent the evening at Miles City, Montana.

The airline (United) was using a new boarding procedure: first class first, then priveleged passengers and military, then 3 groups to follow. Can't believe they are allowed on the highway, but there aren't that many cars (unlike back east). Passed along the Yellowstone River which is a huge river which runs parallel to I-94 way up into Montana. Pretty to see.

... picture and stamp. A relative, perhaps? I read the article, but most of it was about saddlemaking… where and for whom he had worked, one of which was Miles City Saddlery so I planned to return there on Monday and ask about him.

Monday morning I went to Hogan Family Dentistry and gave Eric a check for the car. I really enjoyed doing business with him. Then I stopped by the office of Motor Vehicles. Montana has no sales tax ...
