Lunch was at a Texas Bar B Cue joint in Palestine. I was drawn to it by the large number of cars outside. The sandwich was delicious. Seems like everyone in town showed up for takeout or a meal. The owner's best friend (who had served in the Army then come home to work with his buddy) said it had been going for thirty years.
