... is not really a speed demon, but the slower pace suits us fine as we are in no hurry... it also conserves fuel which is important considering the distance we will be covering over the next few months. So we don't really go faster than 50 mile/hr (80km/h for the aussies at home) and we avoid the motorways as there generally is ...

Well here we are at a very nice site, all singing and dancing. Well a bit behind with the blog due to no connection so here is a quick update.<br>We booked into Middlewick farm for a few days before going to Dad's and Mo's for a few days whilst "No Fixed Abode" was away being fitted with a tow bar.<br>The farm site was very quiet and relaxing, full of sweet smells of dung and pig poop!!!!<br>Truck dog Poppy thought it was great fun chasing the chickens!!<br>Hope you like the vid and pics.<br>

... the ocean for dinner.<br>It was an easy choice considering our location, fish &amp; chips!!<br><br>Today Friday has dawned another beautiful day for our drive across Dartmoor to Bideford where Lona grew up to catch up with her brother and numerous cousins etc. We are told it is Regatta Weekend so the joint should be jumping.

... bathroom floor was so wet due to a leak from the shower, it made it impossible to use the room. <br><br>A lady i met a couple of days later who told me that the caravan next to her was raided by police looking for drugs. Keeping her young children awake and very upset by the incident. <br><br>PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY AT THIS SITE. Your children might not be so lucky next time.

So the journey finally started...! I had been looking forward to this trip for months and months although it being only a 3 week trip.
