Today is one of the high mileage days of our trip, driving from Brian Head UT to Salt Lake City UT, but first heading to the Bonneville Salt Flats. We were planning to get up at 800am, but we were both awake earlier so we figured we might as well get up and head north early, that would give us more spare time later in the day.

Today we drove the 160kms each way to stand on the famous Bonneville Salt lake. There is so much history here if you are into speed. The drive was a little boring as the scenery was not that interesting. Plus the weather was very overcast with low cloud and a smog cloud.
