There is so much on offer if one chooses to do so including the vast complex of Atlantis with its giant water park and South African Sol Kersner's Sun City ...

... Palau, so a subtropical snorkel in the Bahamas was subpar compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere.

Our catamaran ran at a slower speed back to the port, using a sail with a motor assist. It was a nice ride of 46 minutes to enjoy the sunshine and blue water. View the GPS track of our catamaran trip back to the port. We arrived exactly at noon, docking right by Senor Frog’s bar/club/restaurant, which is on the waterfront at the back of ...

... ship responded to the wave pressure with creaks and groans and a few bangs. The door to our balcony creaks the most. The wall between the cabin and bathroom has a Formica squeak. The rhythm of the sound changed as the state of the sea changed. The gentle rocking and the mesmerizing sounds were a very pleasant way to fall asleep.

Today we relaxed at Holland America's private island, Half Moon Cay. That isn’t its ...
