... The “bridge” is a lava tube (where volcanic lava once flowed) that the river water runs through (it looks like the river suddenly disappears!) before emerging from the rocks 50 feet below. It was VERY cool and extremely beautiful.

... that he'd had a good life and he was ready to move on. I accept that. I accept that he didn't want to prolong the inevitable and this was his choice to make. What I don't accept is that now I don't have a dad. He passed away at home on Thursday 4/30/15 at the age of 82. He didn't read the blog entries.
