Our last stop has been Gatlinburg, TN. We enjoyed our visit to the Dixie Stampede and Dollywood. Jim looked all over the place, high and low but never saw Dolly! show). I scrambled for my cellphone to take a photo (from a distance)
but they were already leaving. Funny place to ...
August 18th – day 106
There were a few museums and things in
and near Greensboro we could have visited but when I said the word
Museum, everyone under 16 groaned. I think they have been in plenty
of museums the last few weeks and are temporarily museumed out. So we
drove onto to Marion NC. This one did have very small signs which
said No Overnight camping so we weren't sure if we would get moved on
or not. ...
