Today is the day! Jonathan, Keith, Charlie and I are heading to the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Jonathan and I did some grocery shopping last night and all I have to say is we are set in the snack department. Dropping Baxter off at Pet Paradise this morning was, as usual, a little sad. ... Anita found a Peruvian restaurant near our hotel that got excellent reviews. Turned out to be great. We had an incredible beef dish with rice and sauteed veggies and Drew and Anna split a seafood platter with shrimp and fish prepared with authentic Peruvian seasonings.
