... wouldn't have missed it for anything. We had the chance to sort out our conference registration when we got home which meant we didn't have to get up super early in the morning. Got the inevitable conference bag & as a delegate got a voting machine to guard with my life. Jill and I had a quiet dinner in the Italian restaurant again, I asked for an off-menu veg pizza with no cheese which the chef happily made for me. Conference proper was due to start the next ...

We did not make our trip to Pittsburgh in February; just wasn't ready for the trip, but we are looking forward to going at Easter; It's a long time since Thanksgiving!!

... school. I had vague memories of the "Fast Pass" system but we pretty much blew it at taking advantage of this today. The lines were only 20 minutes or so for most things so we did not bother trying any fast passes until we got to the Safari...but with our novice skills they were all out of passes for the day once we got there so we had to endure the 40 min line (which to be honest could have been a lot longer). ... It started badly with us being kept waiting 45 minutes for our table. We'd booked for 7.55pm and eventually got seated at 8.40pm which put Min in a right old strop. At this stage I was relatively relaxed about everything and took the delay as "something you come to expect at a busy Disney restaurant".

Jiko is a "signature" restaurant. In English this simply means "unnecessarily expensive". It's all very nicely laid out in a set of room like areas, subdued ...

... Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, which was fantastic. Afterwards they had a picture with Spider-Man. We then walked through Toon Lagoon and went on Dudley Do-Rights Ripsaw Falls. Wow - we all got pretty soaked, good fun. From there we headed into Jurassic Park. Went on the Pteranodon Flyers, oh my it is pretty high up flying along above the treetops. Afterwards we wandered through the caves listening to dinosaur notices ...
