From 3 in the afternoon onwards it really quietened down and we did the odd customer here and there, we ticked over very slowly. As the clock struck 5pm we were well on the way to being all cleaned down and packed up, ...

... Chris drove back to the cafe where we all got on the production line making sandwiches and wraps for tomorrow! There was a bit of trouble when the guys came to lock up around half 7 as the door all of a sudden decided it didn't want to lock, we headed back to the house in Jess' car while Drue and Chris fixed the door and Daryl started dinner! (Making a Pork Ragu and Bruscetta)!! We were all pretty shattered following a lovely big dinner so we had an early night around half 9!! ...
