    ... s a LOT of Butt Time! Hope you have enjoyed the Blog. We can now remember most of what we did. Lots of good memories, wish the weather had been more cooperative, wish we had seen more wildlife, but what we did find was a bunch of wonderful people. Please check back - as I get more pictures from Bill and Denny, I will incorporate them into the Blog. Thanks for my wonderful Traveling Buddy. Jane is still great to hang out with!!

    • Met a friend from Cradock High, George Weaver, that lives about 2 hours from Boone, NC. We met half way in Wilkesboro, NC for lunch. Such a delight to see a friendly face from the past.

    We were privileged to be able to attend Andy's awards presentation ceremonies today at Hudson Elementary School. It's always a proud moment to celebrate all the children's academic achievement awards, but especially so those of my grandchildren!     ... were parking spaces designated for them in the parking garage. If you have a to-go order you could pull in to pick up your food and not have to pay the parking fee.

    We made our way to the main entrance and paid for our tickets. Mine, at $17.95 was two dollars less than Cheryl’s. One of the only good things about getting old. But man, did they have to print the words 'SENIOR CITIZEN’ in such big letters on the ticket?!?
