... today, I passed through New York, New Jersey, Philadephia, Delaware (hi, I'm in Delaware), Baltimore, and into my cousin's house in Olney, MD (right outside of DC). It was great to see my cousins, who all came over for pizza dinner. All told, the house held myself, three cousins, their spouses, and their seven kids between them. One of my cousins just purchased a house up here as well, so a lot of stories ...
... and I drew Australia, which according to the jeering laughs we received when Armando announced it, we're not set to win the cash prizes...hahaha. But it was all in fun and it's always my favorite part of being with the show when we gather together and laugh. It builds an amazing sense of community you don't always feel during the particularly harrowing weeks where everyone's working on little sleep and bad shows. It was such a perfect way to end the day.
... the corner on Coatbridge Place, we saw the old homestead. It didn't look much different from when we left except Kathryn hung some beautiful welcoming flowers over the breezeway. Kathryn, JJ and kids kept a good eye on things while we were gone. We are glad to be home and see everybody. We are anxious to share our tales of adventure and of course pictures. Now it is back to the usual routine, but next year will bring more ...
... this 2005 Chrysler Convertible with only 117k miles on it. So we got there took a very close look a t the car and took it for an hour test drive to an other mechanic to look over it. After the test-drive we got it lifted up so we could see under it and check the car from every side, and ask him about everything and with everything i mean 30 minutes just asking questions about the car. And in the end we loved it we coundnīt find anything that could be wrong with it. ...
This morning began as always. We overslept. However, just the mention of Starbucks, threw my eldest into a frenzy. "Again!!!??" She exclaimed, "enough with the Starbucks dad!!!" I was taken aback. She's rarely adamant, NOT!!
Ok we have been playing the routine consistently. Her mother and I decided to acquiesce. Instead we went to Whole Foods and slopped on the hot bar.
