... to more routine matters. The flight took off right on time but we both found the nine plus hours quite hard work. The flight was nowhere near full so plenty of room which was good.
Landed on time and through immigration remarkably quickly - 15 minutes. Proceeded to pick up the car and on to the hotel about 20 minutes away.
As I write this it is midnight UK time 7pm US time and we are pretty shattered so a further update tomorrow!
... park, we looked at the Shark aquarium which had a underwater tunnel exhibit. We then walked through a few shops and came upon a petting station. Here Kylee and Kaleb were able to pet a few animals. Up next would be Shamu! We sat near the center of the stadium but up top and not near any splash zone. ... waiting time already approaching an hour and the wait being in the sun, we moved onto Tomorrowland for the speedway (Emma is NOT ready for her license!) and then Space Mountain. Space Mountain seemed a good idea at the time, but the speed, darkness, sharp bends and dips etc became a bit too much for Emma who after laughing and squealing the first half of the ride was in tears at the end. ... the pilot flew higher and faster allowing us and several others to make our next connection. Anyhow after getting up at 6.30am, queuing for 2 hours, we ended up having to sprint to both our planes, which meant no chance for good until 2.30pm. #NOT IMPRESSED Orlando a completely different story: straight off plane, no waiting, straight through immigration with jovial immigration officer, had fingerprints and retinal scan taken (I hope that is usual!), bags ...
... was about 104 and not the friendliest we had encountered, I guess this was a restaurant used to dealing with business men stopping off for breakfast, rather than tourists, although 5 mins after we arrived a large English family came in and sat at the table nest to us, they were the loudest people I had ever come across.
