It's almost 8:45pm & we're in GA. We've made some new friends & learned a lot about train travel already. The train is nice, roomy & quiet. Apparently Amtrak subsidizes it's fares by cranking up the AC & then selling blankets!!! We're enjoying the trip so far & can't wait to get into the City tomorrow! The last three weeks is a blur of cities, and landscapes. What day it is hasn't mattered, just get on the bike and rack up some miles. Some days I felt pretty darn good, other days, not so much. town somewhere in southeast mexico (jesus carranza is preferred). not too far from a
larger place, but far enough to not be crowded by civilization. need more input from
people in the area to make our final decision - help would be nice.
We settled in to Cat Head Creek Ranch and RV Park on October 21. It takes its name from a local creek called, what else - Cat Head Creek.
The park had only been opened for a few months when we visited so everything was new; it was clean and well-maintained and our host - Brother Bill was a treat and hosts twice ...
