    ... on their first night.

    Damien, Belinda and Dave Morris-Munns (the adopted son) fly in from Barcelona. No airport pick up, but a 5 litre beer flagon is personally delivered to Arena Dreams apartment by Ernesto himself (the personal touch is what keeps ET in front of the pack).

    ... what a dirty ****** sewer of a city. The canals and waterways, however ancient, have the feel of some cheap ill-conceived tourist attraction.     seen – even better than Les Miserables in London. The singing was beautiful –
    especially Carmen. The way they staged the story was exciting with something
    happening all the time. It certainly was unforgettable. The dancing (Spanish) was also excellent. Didn’t get home to bed until 2 am – bit late for Craig and Lina but we enjoyed
    every minute. Some days you never forget – this is one of them.
