Ola mi amigos! I have just returned home to Liendo from an exciting weekend hiking in the mountains of Picos de Europa. I left early Saturday morning, with another au pair I had met who just arrived from Germany, Larissa. We arrived early in the afternoon in Fuente De and took the cable car up to the top of the mountain where we began our hike.

... awesome. Kristen and I went and then Genevieve met us there. It was nice to have "American" food and we were so stuffed after. We really took advantage of the free refills because there is NO place in Madrid that has free refills. Both of us are huge diet coke addicts :)
Off to nap or maybe watch some hulu if I'm lucky and the wifi stays connected!

It┤s been hard finding tapas places where you can just point at stuff on plates and ask for samples, which I┤m told is what tapas is all about.
