Monday, 6/2/2014. Short trip to Mallorca and then off we were to Copenhagen. Here are a few shots from our plane.
... quite a lot if folk have stayed in town to have dinner and party as we don't leave port until midnight so quite quiet on board for a change. There are normally around seven hundred folk making noise so it's quite blissful.
We sail into Valencia in the morning so will probably have quite an early start.
Have to start thinking about where we end up next . At this stage it will probably be Venice.

Despite our late night we woke around 8am, had a coffee and enjoyed the sun on the balcony. We could see land but we were not due in to Palma until 1pm. Grabbed breakfast then decided to catch some rays up top deck. A wee bit blowy but nice all the same. We arrived in Palma and decided ...
... but Karen and I passed on the horse sausage that came with our sea bass. The goat cheese salad was superb. I'm happy because the sangria, one of my favorites, is plentiful here in Spain. We'll be seeing them again, if not here in Spain, then definitely in Florida once they get back from their summer on the boat in France.
After dinner, a little time on the balcony with a plastic glass of wine. What could be better?
... along for the rest of the trip, and so do they! But they've got some good things planned--a trip to Hawaii, a cruise to Singapore in January, and maybe a cruise to Alaska in between, so don't feel too sorry for them. I have a feeling we'll be traveling with them in the future. John is definitely into cruising now, so I think another transatlantic is starting to look like a real possibility in the future.
