    ... But the best part is the location - one of the best units by the beach! A bit of bar noise with the base from the DJ music but not unbearable. Today was all about not doing too much - just relaxing into beach mode and being laid back and unhurried.     After a flight into Bangkok, a drive and a speedboat transfer we arrived on this gorgeous island Koh Samet. It's within a national park and really is beautiful.     ... to visit (the beach, not the man). One lesson that we've learnt since being away is that sometimes the cheapest nights are the best nights. For £2 we enjoyed a takeaway dinner of Pad Thai and spicy soup on the beach, as the sea lapped against the shore.
