      ... heat from the 7/11 with sprite and muffins for dessert. I was planning on an authentic Thai massage tonight but had been experiencing some loose bowel movements and didn't want to risk any embarrassing accidents.       After a flight into Bangkok, a drive and a speedboat transfer we arrived on this gorgeous island Koh Samet. It's within a national park and really is beautiful.       ... to visit (the beach, not the man). One lesson that we've learnt since being away is that sometimes the cheapest nights are the best nights. For £2 we enjoyed a takeaway dinner of Pad Thai and spicy soup on the beach, as the sea lapped against the shore.
