We saw cattle on the range and many small silos located all over the open plain. I tried to google them and the best that I could figure out is that they were missle silos - very strange! We stopped at a cool travel visitor center called Little America and had lunch. There's a motel, ...

Day 14 - August 28, 2013 Day two in Grand Teton NP and we started off with a drive to the Signal Mountain summit where we had beautiful views of the Tetons. From there we drove to String Lake. It was about 10:30 am and there were thick clouds in the sky and the air temperature was only 58 degrees. Nonetheless our little polar bears went swimming! As they swam in the crystal clear water the clouds cleared and the sun shone warmly. Still, they ...
