    ... It also produced the Trabant a metal and plastic car used all over the Eastern bloc. The museum there is very well done. As we left town we passed this incredibly large VW plant. Now you know. Our home for the night was on a mixed use parking lot next to the downtown area and the town center...the lot was big enough for several hundred cars but you could here a pin drop at night. And, in the corner was a very efficient public toilet -stainless steel, clean and only one half ...

    ... mineral springs continuously flow and people just walk up and fill up their cups. I decided to take it slow and only get a small amount. Turns out it was the right call. It was gross. My last cup was at the geyser - it shoots 12 meters in the air and they have totally enclosed it in glass. After that we walked down the street and had lunch. I just had a simple chicken breast with rice. At this point though I needed a beer to settle ...

    ... tying a scarf around my thigh in the town centre. Got the metro and a bus to a farm in Zatec, the family seems lovely, there's a lack of deodorant, the child looks like he pulls legs off insects for fun, and our tent is next to a barrel of rotting cabbages and maggots but there's worse things that happen at sea. There's another workaway here who came from a slum in Berlin, there was no running water, electricity or food, he had to rummage in bins and collect plastic bottles ...

    ... descent before. I had my brakes on the whole way down, and we only averaged 22 kph for a very long and steep descent. I could not see through my sunglasses so had to rely on poor normal vision. Not a good combo in a thunderstorm. I've never been so happy to safely reach a town and see Sue and Annabelle :) But in hindsight there is only one word for the ride - EPIC !!!! Dinner was whatever was in the cupboard and we enjoyed games and drinks as the washing was ...
