      ... giants. We also saw hog dear and a porcupine amongst other animals but…did I mention WILD ASIAN ELEPHANTS…yes I thought I did.

      It's not that I see day one of our current mini adventure as a success; it is much deeper than that…I remember why I travel and I am starting to remember what is important to me in the world.

      We continued up the narrowing valley.. As we rose, the forest gave way to alpine scrub and grasses. We enjoyed the warmth of the cave at Hinku. Today started off sunny and warm, despite the rise in altitude.

      ... in I found that it was too wide to fit on the conveyer belt, so I had to quickly rework how I'd packed everything before it could be accepted. I passed though security, waited at the gate for a little while, and once on board my plane left right on time.       ... this morning though, went to a little shop which had home made cakes and pasty things so I had a pineapple roll and some little fluffy cake things and Matty had some sort of cheese and sausage roll which a banana pancake sandwich thing. It was nice but strange for what I'm used to for breakfast Anyways off to get the transfer back to the airport to then be transferred to our next hotel.
